Wikispace Tips & Tricks

Photos:

Size:

• Resize your photos before you upload them to the Wisit Wikispace.
• This will reduce the upload time for you and the download times for viewers of your page.
• Good sizes for uploading to the Wikispace are 800x600 or 640*480.
• Wikispace can resize your photos within the page, but it does a poor job when the original photo is too big.

Naming:

• Change the name of your photos before you upload them.
• Choose a naming convention that will help you remember their content and allow you to find them again easily.
  • e.g.: [UN_Days_1.jpg UN_Days_2.jpg ] [ Rope_Course_1.jpg Rope_Course_2.jpg ]
